EM Beauty begins to process your order immediately after it is submitted, and payment has cleared. We are unable to change or cancel an order 30 minutes after it is submitted.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the product for any reason, just return the product to us for a full refund or exchange. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping)
- All returns must be accompanied by all packaging and components of the product.
- Returns are only accepted for 30 days after receipt of the product. Except in cases of defective or damaged products. Notice must be given of defective or damaged products within 30 days.
- If you are unable to provide proof of purchase and we are unable to verify the original purchase date and price, refund will be given in the form of in store credit for the lowest selling price of the same product in the last 90 days.
- EM Beauty reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of the Returns Policy (I.E. excessive returns, unauthorized Reseller activity, or fraud).
- Items purchased from other retailers or resellers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange

- Please write your RMA # on the outside of the package.
- Ship your product using ground only shipping services such as USPS or UPS Ground. We recommend using a traceable shipping service such as UPS Ground or USPS Priority or First-Class Mail. Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials. The U.S. Department of Transportation requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials.
- After we have processed your return, we will issue a refund for qualified returns. We will notify you of an accepted return and refund by email. Refunds will be applied back to the bank card or credit card, or PayPal account that was used to place the order. Funds typically take 7-10 days to process and appear in your account.
- Please note that shipping charges for your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped, or you received defective merchandise.

EM Beauty Nails ships to the contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. USPS International Shipping or FEDEX and UPS International Shipping services are available. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Orders qualifying for free shipping are shipped via our standard service.
Free or Discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
Expedited Shipping Services
You may choose an expedited service at checkout. Quotes are given at the time of checkout and are subject to change.
Orders are typically processed for shipping in 1 to 2 business days.
EM Beauty Nails makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock.
In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.
Applicable sales tax will be applied to your order in accordance with state and local laws, and an estimated tax amount will be reflected in the order summary before checkout. The tax rate is determined by several factors including, and not limited to, the items purchased, the ship-to destination and the ship-from location. Please note that your order's ship-from location can change between the time your order is placed and when it ships, which may result in a sales tax charge that differs from the original estimate. Gift wrap and delivery charges may also be subject to tax in some states.
